Delhi Public School, Moradabad follows a merit-based admission policy in which preference is given to students residing in proximity to the school, proficient sportsmanship, meritorious student criterion and wards of Alumni as well as DPS Staff.

Parents can download the Registration forms from School website www.dpsmoradabad.com and fill the registration form.

After filling the form, parents can submit the Fee at the School counter. They can thereafter submit the form, related documents and procure the Prospectus. They can also procure the form and the prospectus from the school office.

Online Registration

The requisite fee can be paid via Net Banking/ Credit or Debit card through secured payment gateway. The Applicant can fill online registration form, and the system will ask for payment after completing the form. After confirmation is received from the bank, the system will send a confirmation message to the applicant's mobile about confirmed registration. The school shall get in touch with the student/parent for interaction/admission test telephonically or via SMS/e-mail.

Kindly note that this facility will be activated in due course of time. Parents will be intimated through SMS.

PRE-SCHOOL ADMISSIONS

There will be no written admission test for classes Nursery, LKG and UKG. However, we will invite the child and the parents for an informal interaction with the staff and the Principal. A list of selected students will be displayed on the notice board and school website. Parents will also be informed telephonically.

WRITTEN TEST

  1. For classes I and above, a Written Admission Test will be conducted.
  2. The test will consist of three papers, namely: English Language, Maths and Science. Each paper will be for 20 marks each and of 30 minutes duration. A list of students who have scored above the cut-off marks will be prepared and displayed on the School Notice Board. It will also be put up on the Website.
  3. A date for Interviews will be announced. Both the parents and the child are expected to appear for the Interview with the Principal. After the Interview, the names of students so selected shall be displayed on the school notice board, and information shall also be conveyed telephonically or through SMS/e-mail.
  4. The selected candidates shall be required to deposit the fee within the stipulated time. The fee is to be deposited at the school's office through a demand draft/cheque/ online mode, failing which the Selection would automatically stand cancelled. Under exceptional conditions,s cash could be paid at the school office. The parent is required to submit a copy of the Registration form (if submitted online) and affix his/her recent passport-size colour photograph along with other documents as mentioned in the application form, mentioning details of payment of school fee.
  5. Admission shall be provisional till all documents are submitted at school office and are found in order.

The student/parents shall be liable for any wrong information leading to the cancellation of admission. All fees/dues paid shall be forfeited.
